Sales, design and becoming an Enphase authorized company
General training for any installation Commercial installations
For distributors Distributor's Intro to Enphase Energy System and IQ8 Vocabulary * Certification – Getting certified is an individual endeavor. (People get certified, not companies.) Getting certified ensures every person selling, designing, or installing Enphase systems has the right baseline of skills and knowledge to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction at each step in the process. We certify our sales, design and installer partners with training and by teaching skills. ** Authorized – Companies get authorized. Authorization enables companies to sell, design, install and commission storage products through individuals who are certified. To become Enphase Authorized, your company needs at least one employee who is Storage certified, and one employee who is Design certified. (It could be the same employee, or you could have teams focused on the different skillsets.) Authorization also provides an additional layer of trust for your customers. This gives them peace of mind – by choosing a reputable company that will provide quality installation. Becoming an Enphase Authorized company is different than becoming a member of the Enphase Installer Network (EIN), which has additional requirements and qualifications. *** Test-outs – experienced PV installers or companies may demonstrate they are aware of installation best practices by a basic assessment; 25 questions covering various aspects of Enphase PV. This test is to verify that students understand Enphase solar basics before enrolling in the IQ8 Certification. This Pre-qualification assessment is available at Enphase University.
